About me

Hello, I'm Shauna, recent graduate of the Niagara College Massage Therapy program, completing her studies with honor's and successfully passing all required examinations to become a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO. Before stepping into her role as an RMT, Shauna worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant since 2008, collaborating closely with physiotherapists to create rehabilitation programs both on land and in the water.

Her passion for movement and wellness led her to yoga in 2017, when she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaFit Canada. She has since expanded her expertise with certifications in pelvic floor yoga, pre- and post-natal yoga, restorative yoga, and SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga. Shauna teaches yoga regularly in her small community and enjoys blending her knowledge of massage therapy and yoga to create personalized, client-centered care plans.

Shauna has a strong interest in women’s health and wellness, particularly in supporting clients experiencing menopause, chronic pain or fatigue, and oncology-related concerns. She is passionate about helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported through all stages of life.

Grounded and nature-centered in her approach, Shauna embraces life’s challenges with curiosity and care. She finds joy in the outdoors, time with family, and creative wellness practices. In her spare moments, she can often be found hiking, out on the water, baking, or experimenting with healthy creations in her kitchen.
